24-03-2016: The MNK and its parties' Seat Sharing like MDMK -124 and other parties 110. So, the Makkal Nala Kootani's leaders will be shared 110 seats between them, according to the election agreement with Vijayakanth's DMDK. The main sources says that VaiKo's MDMK party may contest in 40 seats and Thirumavalan's VCK participate in 35 seats. The Remaining seats could be shared by two communist parties (CPI and CPM) of this new alliance. This sharing and allocation is not yet confirm from this alliance and its leaders. Another one report says that the 5 parties in Makkal Nala Kootani and DMDK may be announced their 234 constituencies' candidates in first or second week of April 2016 with their introductory ceremony. All the five leaders are moving to campaign to their alliance individual and together it seems. One more report says that the four leaders of the Makkal Nala Kootani Thirumavalavan, Mutharasan are participate in this election as candidates. VaiKo and G.Ramakrishnan may not contest in this election. In this occasion, another one report says that VaiKo to meet this election with Vilathikulam or Sathur or Kovilpatti constituencies. Tamil Nadu Chief Electoral Officer Rajesh Lakhoni said that the bad criticizing on political leaders with pictures in social media like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other social medias is punishable offence.
